Tunde Awe
Oversees Non-Clinical Division
Credentials: Certified Member of Market Research Society, Fellow of Chartered Institute of Marketing and Chartered Marketer.
Experience: Almost 3 decades’ award-winning cross functional experience in Market Research, Brand Management, Marketing Operations, Sales and HR/Organisation Development.
Background: Multinationals like NielsenIQ (UK), The Coca-Cola Company, and Procter & Gamble (West Africa).
Education: Executive MBA (IE Business School, Madrid in 2015), Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing (CIM, UK in 2004), BSc Chemical Engineering (Univ. of Lagos, Nigeria in 1995)
Expertise: A ‘Global Cosmopolitan’ adept at collaborating across boundaries.

Medical Director
Ronke Awe
Oversees Clinical Division, Governance and Safeguarding
Credentials: Fellow of Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists
Experience: Almost 25 years’ experience in Tertiary/Teaching Hospitals and District General Hospitals, United Kingdom and Nigeria.
Background: Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with a focus on Reproductive Medicine.
Education: Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education (Keele in 2022), Leadership and Management in Health - Professional Development (University of Washington in 2020), Completed speciality training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (RCOG 2016), Diploma of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health (FSRH 2008), MBBS (Univ. of Lagos, Nigeria in 2000)
Passion: Devoted advocate for women’s health and fertility with a special focus on healthcare equity. She works tackling disparities in differential attainment within medical education. She passionately champions women’s health and brings experience in governance and safeguarding.

Experience: Medical Education Fellow with Osmosis, a subsidiary of Elsevier. Research Assistant in Public Health Genetics (US) and in Nephrology (UK)
Background: Proven ability in high-level research, and developing innovative solutions within multidisciplinary teams.
Education: MBBS degree (in-view), King's College London
Polyglot & Cultural Competency Specialist: Speaks several languages to professional proficiency. Skilled in cultural competency and collaboration.
